Office visit $125.00/ea

  • Must be scheduled by calling the office (no walk ins)

  • Discounted point of care tests (flu/UA/Strep)

  • Medications at discounted price

  • Select lab testing included (CBC, BMP, Lipid Panel)

-Non subscription/non member primary care-

We provide primary care/sick visit/urgent care for $125.00  which includes basic labs (CBC, BMP, Lipid Panel) and cash discounted medications for a 90 day supply (Typically $10/ea)

If you have Highmark, United, or Aetna Insurance you can submit an out-of-network claim if your benefit plan covers out-of-network providers. We will provide you the “superbill” as well as a receipt and diagnosis codes for you to submit to them. Payment is due at the time of appointment. We do not contact your insurance company or negotiate payments with them.
